Offers

  1. Our Introductory Offer and Beginners Introductory Offer (valid for 14 days from first use) is only available to brand new clients of Pilates Collective. You can only purchase the Introductory offers once.

  2. The Introductory Offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.

  3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

Class Packs

  1. 5 packs are valid for 8 weeks, or 12 weeks if auto-renewing, and are activated from the date of first class booking. 

  2. 10 packs are valid for 12 weeks and are activated from the date of first class booking. 

  3. 20 packs are valid for 16 weeks and are activated from the date of first class booking. 

  4. Class passes are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

  5. Class passes cannot be extended unless you are injured, in which case we will ask for a letter from your doctor. 

  6. AUTO-RENEWING PACKS: For your convenience and to ensure you never miss a class, your class pass will be automatically renewed and bank card charged at the end of the expiry period/or from your last class, whichever comes first. You can cancel your auto renewal at any time by contacting hello@pilatescollective.com.au prior to your auto-renewal date. 

 

Memberships (Platinum, Gold & Lifestyle)

  1. Platinum, Gold Memberships and Lifestyle Memberships are activated from the purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

  2. If you are on the Lifestyle Membership you can access 2 classes weekly. Your calendar week is based off your purchase date. 

  3. Platinum, Gold Membership holders can access unlimited classes weekly.

  4. Only Platinum Membership holders can use their membership across more than one studio location.

  5. Membership Suspension - You are welcome to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees. Additional or extended suspensions will be charged at a non-refundable rate of $5 per week. If you would like to suspend your Membership simply email claire@pilatescollective.com.au with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.

  6. For your convenience and to ensure you never miss a class, your membership will be automatically renewed and bank card charged on an ongoing fortnightly basis .

  7. Cancellation of Membership - There is an initial 12 week lock in term before ending your membership, after this initial period you may cancel your auto renewal at any time with two weeks notice by sending us an email requesting your membership to be cancelled. There may be a final pro-rata payment to cover any days unpaid within the 2 week cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 12 weeks an additional $150 exit fee will apply onto of your 2 weeks notice. 

  8. Memberships are paid in advance, therefore no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames.

  9. All memberships will have a "cooling off" period of 7 days starting from the purchase date of your membership, you may cancel your membership within the cooling off period free of charge. The initial fortnights payment is not refundable. 

  10. All memberships have a 52 week duration and will auto-renew upon expiration, the initial 12 week lock in period will not reapply.

Casual Membership

  1. Casual Membership holders can access unlimited classes weekly.

  2. Membership Suspension - You are welcome to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees. Additional time or suspensions will be charged at a non-refundable rate of $5 per week. If you would like to suspend your Membership simply email claire@pilatescollective.com.au with at least 14 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.

Transactions and Payments

  1. Fortnightly Direct Debits will be automatically deducted from your nominated payment method each fortnight (on your chosen day). If payment defaults we will attempt to re-run your payment each day for 3 days. Should your payment method fail on the 3rd re-run your membership will be restricted and future bookings will be cancelled.

  2. All transactions will incur a transaction fee, this is to cover our credit card surcharge fees & terminal expenses. Direct debit payments will incur a 1.5% fee and Credit Card payments will incur a 2.75% payment.

  3. All of our prices are inclusive of GST.

 

Bookings and Attendance

  1. Class bookings are essential and must be made through the Momence app or Pilates Collective app.

  2. Booking can be made 14 days prior and up to 10 minutes before the class start time.

  3. If you are 5 or more minutes late to a class your instructor has the right to refuse you access and/or offer your spot to another member waiting.

  4. If a class is fully booked, you can be added to a waitlist. If any cancellations may occur, you will be automatically promoted up to an hour before the class starts. If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a space open. Late-cancellation or no-show rules still apply.

  5. You are required to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend. Automatic promotion without your knowing is not a valid reason for missing a class.

  6. Cancellations or rescheduling classes need to be made more than 2 hours prior to your class start time. Cancellations or rescheduling can only be made via the Momence app, Pilates Collective app or online. Text messages, voicemails and phone calls will not be accepted.

  7. WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Cancellations or rescheduling of classes needs to be made more than 9 hours prior to your class start time.

  8. If you are unable to make the class and you are within an hour of your schedule class, cancel via the app or online and notify the Pilates Collective team so they can open a spot up for a member on the waitlist. 

 

Late Cancelations & No-Show Penalties 

  1. If you late-cancel a class two times within a 7-day period, you will be charged a $20 late-cancel fees on the second occasion and moving forward.

  2. If you no-show any class, you will be automatically charged a $20 no-fee.

  3. If you show up 5 or more minutes late you may be charged a $20 no-show fee

  4. There are no refunds of penalties. A credit less the transaction fee may be applied under medical or unforeseeable circumstances.

Private Session Cancellations

Please note that cancellations that fall within 12 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations that fall within 2 hours of your appointment may incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Payment Policy

Payment must be made upon booking.  To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

Returns and Refunds

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. We are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or Class Passes.

 

Age Limits and Restrictions

Pilates Collective does not offer childcare services. You must be at least 14 years of age to attend our classes. 

 

Social Media 

Social media is a huge part of how we share the Pilates Collective way. We use this to celebrate our love for movement and wellness, communicate studio updates and provide an insight to what we do.

As a member of Pilates Collective we invite you to follow our Socials and encourage everyone to join us on these platforms. We will not accept or tolerate any abusive language or behaviour. We will block or delete any users or comments that do not comply with these standards.

We encourage users to share photos of their visit to the studio as well as any of the images you see on our socials. Please credit @pilatescollective_ when sharing images owned by Pilates Collective.

Unless specified otherwise, we assume by attending the Pilates Collective studio you are giving your consent to share images that may include you to our social media platforms and website.

 

Communicable Diseases

If you have contracted a communicable disease, please ensure you have clearance in writing from your doctor before attending your next class. This is for the safety and well-being of all our clients, staff and customers.

 

General Terms

Pilates Collective reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, and classes without prior notice.

Pilates Collective reserves the right to add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing the studio's opening and closing hours, its services and facilities and membership fees. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply.

By signing up online, you agree to receive email communications from Pilates Collective. These communications can be unsubscribed from via the ‘unsubscribe’ button on each email communication.

By signing up online, you promise that:

  • you are in good physical condition

  • you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise

 

Privacy Policy

We will not pass your email address or any other details on to any other party.

 

Personal Agreement

I agree that  Pilates Collective is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pilates Collectives or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Pilates Collective does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a  staff member.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
